Terms of service.

Launch + Hour Studios is operated by BOONE HOUSE, LLC. By paying for a Launch Hour you agree to these terms.

What's included in $349

• A reserved 60-minute production session.
• One launch-ready, mobile-responsive website built from your logo, colors and photos.
• Click-to-call, booking or map actions.
• Your real domain connected, tested on phone and desktop.
• One correction pass for typos and small tweaks.

You send the business basics (name, what you do, contact details) and 1–3 photos. The base offer launches the site; it does not include ongoing management or open-ended redesign.

Add-ons

• Additional page: +$75
• Copywriting: +$75
• Online store setup: +$149
• Booking + payments: from +$112, scope confirmed before the build
• AI + automation, systems + integrations, major redesigns and ongoing management: scoped separately before any price is agreed.

Only the $349 is charged at checkout. Add-ons are confirmed with you in writing before we build, and nothing extra is charged automatically.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session once at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice by emailing hello@getbtek.com. Later changes or missed sessions may forfeit the reserved slot; we will work with you in good faith to find another time.

Refunds

• Full refund if you cancel before your session is booked, or at least 24 hours before your booked session.
• If we cannot deliver your session, you get a full refund or a free reschedule, your choice.
• Once the build has started, the fee is non-refundable except where we fail to deliver what is described above.
